Revival: OL Easter Preparation

Immediately after the special Ultimate League match against admins the activity went down considerably in Serene. The management felt a break was needed and made a decision to not enter the two Open Leagues that were taking place at the time. These were the first two official competitions that the club has ever skipped but it turned out to be a fair trade-off as the players got back to training not even a month later, recharged and motivated again.

With quite a few new signings in the recent months, the team is now focused on playing regular friendly matches for everyone to get settled in and get to the right level of chemistry before taking part in the Open League Easter due to start March 27th.

Recent results are split even, with the team having won 6 out of their 12 matches in March so far against a variety of opponents. Serene is currently on a winning streak of 5 games which is not a frequent occurence even if these are not official matches.

Top Scorers during pre-season: Imperfect - 9 goals in 8 matches Welbeck - 5 goals in 5 matches Praise - 5 goals in 8 matches

More training games are to be played in the coming weeks, all while keeping the new challenge of OL Easter in mind.
