The end of the year sees Serene sitting in 11th place in the Ultimate League table.
The team finished the year with a 1:6 defeat against Angels Sc. Players in emerald shirts put in great effort and kept fighting until the final whistle despite having to finish the game in 5 due to a red card.
Overall, recent performances have been reassuring. The club managed a close home game against Razer Sc (3:4) and, before that, a rather bitter but well-fought match on the ground of Redwhite United (0:4).
The team is expecting a busy league restart in January as they have three fixtures to be played in as many days. Two of these are crucial and failure to secure 6 points would make it close to impossible for the club to finish the league above FC United Nations currently placed 10th.
While the management is busy, reinfocring the squad during the Ultimate League transfer window, players have another league to fight in as Open League XMAS15, a one-week tournament, is already underway.
The club started with two losses but regained composure and proceeded to win the next two games rising up from the bottom of the table. There are many more matches to be played and the team is looking to finish in top 8 in order to qualify for the fsc prize draw.
