Masters League group stage is nearly over and Serene drop out of the tournament having failed to secure a single point.
Despite all the hopes, it proved impossible to defy logical expectations. When competing at such high level, the team needs a fair share of luck in order to surprise and it wasn't there in any of the matches played.
We leave with a heartbreaking record of 6 defeats with scorelines that sadly suggest we made it an easy ride for all of our opponents. We did fight till the very end and, as always, all of the players did the best they could. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough this time.
