Serene finished OL 2015 III in 4th place, once again achieving their best result so far. We see this as a sign of stability. Even though the line-up has changed significantly compared to OL 2015 I and II, the team managed to stay well at the top portion of the table.
With the manager only able to make it for one game, coaches and captains stepped forward to bring the team together and deliver the result.
Kehhejr, the all-rounder, put in a fantastic performance calling to blow the dust off Serene individual record book as he equalled the record of 14 goals scored in a single tournament originally set by Socrates in August 2014.
While on the topic of statistics and records, the closing fixture of OL 2015 III versus FC Underworld marked the total of 139 official encounters by Serene (Open League and Masters League included). Our Italian coach Zidinho is still at the very top of the list of official appearances with the incredible record of 117, which is about 84% of all the matches played.
